Hi. I am facing an issue with the survey assessment in ServiceNow. Currently, the smiley icons used for rating responses are not displayed in a single line. This is affecting overall look and usability of the survey.
Please help me with this.

Can you check which application scope this belongs to? If it’s out-of-the-box, it’s not recommended to modify it directly, you may need to create a copy before making any changes.
