Are there any IT Service Providers, with multiple customers, who are using ServiceNow for IT Capacity & Performance Management (i.e. of CIs, Services). I am not after capacity management of human resources.
Questions:
1. Which version are you on and and are there specific extras (e.g. plugins) that you need to use?
2. Would you mind sharing how you are using it, on a high-level?
