Item name in RITM list view is showing as normal text; not as hyper link for a specific user

Hi Team,

 

For a specific user, In the RITM list view, Item filed is showing as a text field not as a hyper link. 

The issue is there in Production instance only , in lower instance this is working as expected for the user.

 

There is no restriction from the user criteria, while trying to access the catalog item using direct url , user is able to see the catalog item.

In PROD - item is showing as a text field.

Please let me know your suggestion for this issue.

Ask the user to try to reset the list layout fields in the personalise list column.

what happens if they open the record?

Is that user able to see the Catalog item on form?

Inform that user to clear cache using cache.do and then logout and login again.

yes the user can see the catalog item , if we try to access the catalog item with direct url user can see that and user is able to see the item in portal.

tried cache.do already , but dosent help.
