Am trying to close off on the Configure sick conditions and it keeps failing for both Normal and Standard changes.
What I did:
- went to Change => risk conditions
- disabled the Insufficient lead time
- insert and stay on the Insufficient lead time
- on the new form: modified the name, made it active, set risk to high, adjusted to 7 days, and added a condition for normal.
- repeated for standard changes with standard changes, but 3 days and moderate.
- deleted all ... recreated new (no insert/stay), same outcome
- tested with change .. and the risk is actually set correctly with the message stating the challenge with insufficient lead time, but the simulator task fails 😞
- revalidated everything, but used a different path:
- opened a new normal change => edit risk conditions and rechecked everything
what am i doing wong?
moving onwards in the meantime, this one was confusing as it should have been simple and isn't 😞

Make the third condition to be Model is Normal, and Model is Emergency for both Risk conditions respectively.

I did not, and @fidel_ey you were my only response. I am honestly beginning to think that this is simply broken.

@Diane22, I know I'm late to this chat, if you have not receive the solution. All you need to do is add another condition Model is Normal, or Model is Standard.
