Hello all,
We are integrating Jira server and ServiceNow using Jira Spoke. We are using Mid server for connection. I Am able to create issue using JIRA spoke only by username + Password, If I give API token in password place it giving error as 'Unexpected Token'. So I am using Username and password combination for creating the issues.
While in Callback URL, I have created JIRA Webhook registry. I am not sure about Token. What we have to give in place of Token?
After configuration how to check whether JIRA is hitting the ServiceNow or not. How to validate the call back URL is correct or not?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Suvedha

Hello Suvedha,
I am facing similar issues w.r.t getting call backs from Jira (on prem). I am able to post info from ServiceNow to Jira. But not able to get information from Jira to ServiceNow
was wondering how you managed to fix this issue?

Hi,
were you able to resolve the error. I am also getting same error. Jira is not sending POST call to servicenow callback URL.
Thanks
Akash

is it all resolved now? i usually use tools to handle my integrations. I'm currently using this one - the client wanted to wrap the integration sooner than expected, so we went with a customizable solution.
