KB Article is showing on esc portal as "Record not found"

Hi All 

Whenever i search for knowledge article on Employee Center portal,all articles are present in the portal but when i try to open anyone of the Article it is showing as "Record not found" and in url as sys_id as undefined.But when i tried to open the same article by putting the sysid of the record,it will display all the content on the ESC portal.

 

Please help me on this.

Hi @Kumari Divya there was an issue in the widget on Client side  which was not rendering the sys_id in to the  target URL.Please check your widget once whether it was rendering the sys_id in to the target URL after clicking on the link in ESC portal.
