Knowledge Article Helpful Widget not displaying the correct percentage.

Hi Everyone,

For knowledge article A helpful widget shows a percentage greater than 100%.

Ex. '1800% found this useful'

I checked, and using the OOTB widget and script returned the correct value if I executed the same script in the background script, but on the portal it shows incorrect, which percentage should be less than 100%.

I have attached the picture; please suggest how I can fix this issue.

 

Is there anything like the same user who clicks the helpful 'Yes/No' button again and again?

We submitted a SN Support case who proposed the same, which has fixed the issue for us. Their response:


Solution Proposed:
This issue is related to PRB1697252. PRB was fixed in "Washington DC Patch 6" release but I am seeing this issue in Xanadu releases

Please note that you can now view the current status of the Problems associated to your cases by navigating to: Self Service --> Problems.

please set the System property: "glide.knowman.count_helpful_feedback" = true.
Please change it to 'true' to fix the issue until you are ready to upgrade to the later versions.
