Knowledge article template selector Configuration

I need to change the order and rename the items in the Article Template selector for kb_knowledge. In the current version, I can do this by clicking the Edit Interceptor button and rearranging the order and names. However, these changes do not apply to the updated version (accessible via the link at the top of the form). Is there any way to modify this in the updated version?
Navigation : Open kb_knowledge table > click on New button > click Edit Interceptor

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

I want both versions of the Article Template selector to display the same order and names. Currently, I can reorder and rename items in the classic version by editing the interceptor, but these changes do not apply to the updated version. Is there a way to make the updated version reflect the same changes?

Hi @YunusShadman

I tried it on my end as well, and it does not appear in the new version. It might be out-of-the-box or by design, so we may not be able to change it, as there is no order field available to help rearrange this.

Please try running cache.do and check again.

Hi @YunusShadman ,

Those two are implemented much differently

1 is interceptor(1st one) and the other is the UI page(2nd one)

ChaitanyaILCR_0-1767880463657.png

the logic of order is written in this script include and this method

if you want to make any changes you can create a method with same name in this script include and write your custom logic of order
