Knowledge article templates should be visible in alphabetic order.

Hi Team,

My requirement to show the kb article templates should be in alphabetic order in interceptor page in ServiceNow.

Any suggestion how can i configure this functionality.

I doubt we can set them in alphabetic order, also after/in  D.C. Release  SN is deprecating the knowledge home page and redirecting to the the portal.

 

You can check in knowledge property but doubt it can be easily achievable.
