How to make when Helpful is selected as "NO" in knowledge article should be visible Popup along feedback reason options.

 

Already i build when Helpful is selected as "YES" it's working. "when Helpful is selected as "NO" is not working".(Need to create new separate widget or same widget?)

 

Any idea above task. Can you guide me.
