Hello,

 

Does anyone know how the kb feedback (kb_feedback) records are generated? We want to Remove excessive flagging rules on knowledge articles. Currently, all knowledge feedbacks are being auto flagged including for ratings, comments, and 'not helpful'. We want to set the records to be flagged only if they are created when the end-users click the 'Flag Article' button.

Hi @Chaitanya ILCR ,

 

Thank you for the quick response on this. However, I'm looking for the business/script include/client script that is creating the kb_feedback records so that we can adjust it per our requirements.
