There are several ways to approach this:

1. If you are a ServiceNow partner – and specifically a reseller partner – you can guide the client directly in that direction.

2. Reach out to the ServiceNow sales team, who can provide guidance on the process.

3. Contact another ServiceNow reseller partner (such as the organization I’m currently working with), and we can guide and support you in procuring the required licenses.
