How do I edit the primary navigation?

How do I edit the primary navigation bar on the left? I want to modify the "All" menu but despite having done so several times, I'm completely blanking on what it's called and how to get to the editor.

Edit: It's the attached menu, I want to rename Service Catalog to something else, and also add a new entry underneath it

 

Edit 2: I figured it out. It's System Definition -> Application Menus

Hi @EJ13 ,

 

To rename the applications - Just click on the pencil icon and change Title and save. (Part 1). for Part 2- to add one more module under Service Catalog - Again click on the pencil icon of the application and scroll down to Modules section- Click on New to create new module. Select Link type - Whether you want to open Form, List, report or anything else.
