Link Tile in Service Portal

Hi,

 

Is it possible to create a link tile in Service Portal and display it under particular category along with other catalog items. I don't want to display the actual catalog item however a link tile which on click should redirect to some page.

Yes , Can be done using content item.

To achieve this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Locate the catalog category under which you want to display the link tile.
  2. Edit the catalog category by clicking on the edit icon or the designated edit option.
  3. Look for the section where you can add catalog items to the category.
  4. Instead of adding an actual catalog item, select the option to add a "Link" or "URL" item.
  5. Provide the necessary details for the link tile, such as the name, URL, etc.
  6. Save the changes
