Created a catalog item with one of the variable as Users which is of type List Collector.
In native view, it appears as expected but in portal it is showing as reference field.
How to achieve this slush bucket view in portal.

Hi Lakshmi,
The slushbucket type view of the list collector is not available in the service portal. I think your options would be to use the default glide list view or use a ui macro variable with a custom widget that looks and works like a traditional slushbucket. You could then use that widget to populate a hidden list collector variable.
You could make use of Reference qual. It's now supported for list collector and on SP as well.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,

Hi,
that is the platform behavior for list collector on portal.
You cannot change that behavior as other members have suggested.
Please inform your customer about this platform limitation.
