Logicmonitor integration Clear Alerts changing Incident state form resolved to new

Hello Experts,

 

In our instance, we have enabled Spoke Logicmonitoring integration. We are getting alerts into ServiceNow form LogicMonitor. Based on the alert ,incident will be created. The state of the incident is changing from Resolved to New, if clear alert is triggered for particular incident that has already been Resolved.

 

Is there any way to restrict the behavior of changing the state field value while it's in Resolved state?
