Hi

I am getting login issue with service now portal.

I trying to resolve, search and read lot of doc. did't get any idea how to resolved.

AuthenticationException

"LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C09042A, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v3839"

any step or any doc, so i can follow to resolve this issue.

Is that user In Snow and Active and Not locked out.

User is active and Not locked out.
previously user able to login but not its showing invalid username or password.


I check ldap log: it showing error which i mention above.

Hi Zafar,



This issue can occur due to an incorrect username or password, or an incorrect prefix and/or suffix specified in the Settings tab, depending on the type of LDAP/AD system.
