Hi

I am getting login issue with service now portal.

I trying to resolve, search and read lot of doc. did't get any idea how to resolved.

AuthenticationException

"LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C09042A, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v3839"

any step or any doc, so i can follow to resolve this issue.

User data is fetch from AD.



If we will remove


LDAP GUID and LDAP Distinguished Name


user profile.
it give error "No user information found in ldap and No DN returned "



if we do reset the password for user would it work.

What i think is, DN name might be different.



Or else Username and Password are not match.



Also check user name in AD and SNOW.
