Look up Users Stream Action in JIRA Spoke for Flow designer

Hi Team,
We are integrating Service now with JIRA tool and need to get user list from JIRA to Service now,when used Look up Users Stream Action in JIRA Spoke for Flow designer,we are only able to get 118 users and in jira there are total of 185 users.The response of this action also includes the app user and in some cases there will be no email id associated to few user lists.

 

Request you to let us know the reason for this and also explain exact functionality of this action.

It's my understanding that you're facing a limitation where you're only able to retrieve 118 users out of a total of 185 users in JIRA. Additionally, you've mentioned that the response includes app users and sometimes lacks email IDs for certain users. The likely reason for this limitation could be related to the specific configuration or settings of the integration. It's possible that the integration setup might need adjustments to ensure the complete user list is fetched. Please review the configuration settings for the integration and ensure you're not inadvertently filtering out certain users or attributes.
