Hi @AndersBGS ,

Our End users and Fulfillers are very new to ServiceNow and this is the first time they will be using. On some basic navigations, inc, req, chg, prob, surverys, reports, dashboards, tasks, approval tasks, SLA's etc.,

On these topics, I will have to provide a basic demo which includes the training material as well which explains these topics briefly. So, Can you please share any relevant documents if you have.
