How do I integrate mac os with servicenow, I have got REST API and JAMF options available but if I opt for REST API then how do we do it? please help..

If you do this with Discovery, you may not need to do the REST API later. What sort of information are you looking to collect? It sounded like hardware and software on each MacOS machine. That's specifically what Discovery does.
Let me know if there was something else to your inquiry that you need from the Mac to put in the ServiceNow instance.

Hi Chuck,
We need to have the inventry of each hardware and softwares, I came to know that the tool SCCM was being used so far but its not supported for MACOS hence we need to have some other alternative now. We Might have to have the licence information of hardware/software as well.

l'm going with the discovery option, thanks a lot for your responses and answer ...as of now we do not have the complete requirement, looking forward to have the discussion once agian.
