How do I integrate mac os with servicenow, I have got REST API and JAMF options available but if I opt for REST API then how do we do it? please help..

Hi Manisha,
You have to ask the Network team to change the "Remote Login" settings in the devices found under System Preferences -> Sharing. That way Discovery would b e able to discovers those systems and as ctomasi already mentioned you don;t need REST API for that.
