Using scheduled job I am creating a request item daily for our Building Maintenance team. Currently they have a Microsoft form where they have date field and then the checks they have to perform for example: Visual Inspection - Lighting
Stairs - Ok
Corridor - ok
Other (textbox to enter reason if something is not working). How can I setup this in Request Management? With checklists the issue is they don't have textboxes asking for reason why it the check didnt happen. Can anyone suggest a better way to handle this.
Or should i use Work orders. We do have FSM license.
