Make Assignment read only based on the form selected

Want to make the Assignment group read only when a catalog item selected and for admin it should be editable

can anyone help me with this

Not sure what is your exact requirement but to make field read only you can use UI policy and for admin part you can use BR or ACL

Requirement: I have Record Producer named Service Application when I use the form and raise an incident then the assignment group should be read-only, but for the admins it should remain the editable.

I belive the requirement is clear now.

Can you please suggest me how this willbe possible.
