Make Email Notification visible in work notes

Hello, 

How do i add email notifications to the work note of an incident record.I have included it in the filter activity, i still cant view email notification in the activity

Check below property:

glide.ui.activity.email_roles

Sent emails don't display in the activity stream for certain users

 

Another thing to check:

Sent/received emails are not updated in Activity log for Incident

Hi Linda,

All fields on the activity list display in alphabetical order by default. You can change the order that fields appear on the form by using the Configure available fields option in the activity formatter.

Procedure

  1. Open the filter by clicking the activity filter icon (Activity filter icon) in the Activity header.
  2. Select the fields for which you want to display activity.
    Fields are added or removed dynamically as the selection is made.
  3. Click the activity filter icon again to close the filter.

Hello Linda,

 

start adding  "Sent/Receive emails" into available activities in your "Filter Activity" button
