Make field read only after closing sc_task and sc_req_item

Hello,

Make field read only after closing sc_task and sc_req_item

 

we have used UI policy or client script for making the work note and additional comment field ready only after request get closed complete/Closed incomplete/ Closed skipped. 

It is well working on form view, but not working on employee service center portal. It is still editable additional comment field.

I am unable to make field read only after closing sc_task and sc_req_item on employee service center portal. After disabling ACL / created new ACL as per mentioned solution, it is not working on ESC portal.

Kindly assist.
