Is there any value calculator, ROI template available to show the value of Virtual Agent post- implementation ? (E.g. productivity gains, savings, optimization, CX,etc)
I believe there are many ServiceNow customers who has Virtual Agent, I would like to benchmark and leverage experience about implementations and value realization.
