Microsoft Entra ID - create a user

Hi experts,

I have a specific requirement to establish a catalog item for requesting access to Microsoft Azure solely through an 'email invitation' method, without utilizing the 'Create user' action from the Microsoft Azure ID.

I have successfully achieved this by making an API call, resulting in the successful creation of a user in Azure as a guest.

However, in the subsequent steps of my flow, particularly after the 'email invitation to Azure' action, I am encountering an error during the 'look up user' action while I'm trying to get the User ID. The error message is 'Error: user not found.

Can anyone help ?

Hi, Can you check if Step 12 User ID mapping is empty? Your screenshot refers to the same but 3 rd screenshot refers step-3

Hi Suresh, Thank you for your reply.
In step 12, I can't map the User ID because I don't have that data. The purpose of step 12 is actually to get this user ID.
