MID Server Behind Firewall

Hi All,

We have some MID Servers behind firewalls, and I was just wondering what Ports needed to be opened when using a MID Server that is behind a firewall.

Thanks,

Sean

OUTgoing port 443, which is generally whitelisted for HTTPS traffic anyway.

No incoming ports required.

Worth noting that the firewall should also allow traffic to install.service-now.com ton the same protocol.

This allows your mid server to be upgraded whenever you upgrade your instance.
