Migrating tickets from BMC Helix to ServiceNow

I want to migrate tickets from Helix to ServiceNow 
There are a few questions I have. 
 
1) In Helix we had not synced with AD. In ServiceNow, we are. Users and groups in ServiceNow are synced with AD. 
 
Furthermore, group names have changed in ServiceNow / AD. 
 
So when we are migrating , how do I ensure that migrated tickets are populated with the correct group? I know I need to design the import sets and transform maps accordingly but I am still wrapping my head around this. 
 
2) Which is the simplest way to migrate among these?
A. REST API
B. Web services
C. Excel 
D. CSV
E. Alderstone CMT / Helix Data Migrator 
 
3) If I take the Excel or CSV route , can I migrate all work notes and attachments from every ticket?
 
4) How can I convert WO’s in Helix into ServiceNow RITM or SC_TASK’s ?

Let's take example of Change Requests and Work Orders from Helix.
 
A) How do I migrate all the mandatory fields of a *change request*, along with all the work notes and attachments, from Helix to ServiceNow?
 
B) How do I migrate all the mandatory fields of a *work order*, along with all the work notes and attachments, from Helix to ServiceNow RITM?
 
Would someone please advise me on the step by step process for above?
