Hi Everyone,
Can someone please explain me about the functionality of Manager and Exclude manager in the group form in our ServiceNow because I got the requirement similar to functionality of Manager and Exclude manager in the group.
Requirement : "Supervisor" same as Manager
"Exclude Supervisor" same as Exclude manager
As of now I created both the fields coming to functionality I could not find the relation between Manager and Exclude manager. So, here I need similar functionality for the custom fields as well.
