Missing Email Body on compose email

Good day team a specific user is facing this issue, when she wants to send an email via SNOW the email body disappear, we have verified her profile and roles and everything looks fine, also I have run some debugs as Business Rules and Security (ACL) Debug and nothing is running on background, I'll really appreciate any help, I attached a screenshot as reference.

@RodrigoC Since nothing is showing up on logs and roles are also in place, please ask the user to try using the email compose option in a different browser/incognito window. You can also try by impersonating with that user and see if the Body field is displayed if none of this helps then try raising a case with ServiceNow support and take their help.

Thank you for your soon reply @Sandeep Rajput, I have impersonated that user in our different instances in all of them the email body disappear. I guess the best approach is raise a case to verify this issue with the ServiceNow Support team.
