Modify that page "Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable

I'm trying to look for the page where the below screenshot is configured.

I wanted to add some kinda wording to reach out to our help desk in case there is an outage on ServiceNow. Does anyone know where this page is?

Check Current Status Widget.

• Current Status Widget: This is the primary widget used to display system outages and service interruptions (red status) on the Service Portal. It typically displays business service outage information for the prior 90 days.

I have checked the Current Status. Unfortunately, this is not the page/widget that I need to modify. It needs to be the one that says "Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable".
