MS Teams Integration: How to move from pre-published app to self-configured app?

Hello,

We originally set up our integration with Virtual Agent and MS teams using the pre-published app route, meaning we have a 1:1 mapping between the Azure tenant and our production instance. We would like to do more development/testing around this integration in our sub-prod instances and understand this would involve moving to the self-configured app set-up. When we go to install Azure apps on our sub-prod we are getting the following error: azure error.png

Has anyone had a similar experience and could provide documentation/best practices on how to do so?

We have already read through the following:

https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1160286

https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-conversational-interfaces/page/administer/virtual-agen...

Thanks!

So its same with slack-VA integration as well.

You can integrate the sub prod instance of MS Teams with your sub prod SN instance. 2 SN instances cannot be integrated with same Teams instance.

If you still want to integrate it you need to remove the integration with previous SN instance and then attempt it in sub prod. I believe thats the way SN has designed it and there doesn't seems to be a wrokaround.
