Kiosk for Service Catalogue

Hello

We are in the process of building a catalogue for PPE Items.

  • As PPE items can be requested by anyone in the organization.
  • People requesting PPE do not use computers.

Therefore we are looking to setup a permanent kiosk or tablet capability so people can request PPE items from a kiosk/tablet.

I am wondering how we would address the security side of this as the device should always be logged in and never logout. 

Additionally I am wondering if use of the Mobile or the Website would be the way to go.

Any guidance appreciated

The session timeout value can be configured in the glide.ui.session_timeoutproperty.
