Hello Everyone,
Based on one of the request from client, we were asked to check if the plugin with plugin ID "com.glide.tokenbased_auth" is part of Servicenow ITSM Pro License.
This plugin is currently not present in our client instance which is in Vancouver version.
When checked in PDI (Washington version), this plugin is visible and is active already(for free) whereas when checked in another PDI (Vancouver version), this plugin was still not visible.
From where we can check the plugins that are part of Servicenow ITSM Pro License?
Thanks,
Arun

Hi Arun,
Token based authentication is a Washington DC feature and won't be available in earlier family releases. It's a platform level feature, so isn't tied to individual license SKUs. HOWEVER, every customers contract is different, and any license concerns MUST be positioned to the account manager.
