Need help in queue triggers in AWA queue

Hi Community,

 

Need help in configuring Queue triggers for AWA queue. I have created a queue trigger record for a queue and trigger  type as Max wait time and want to switch to a virtual agent topic if max wait time is reached but currently it is not switching to VA topic though it has reached max wait time.

Hello, the Issue has been resolved for me I have just added the "Target Wait Time" same as "Max Wait Time". Please let me know if the issue still exists for you.
