Need help in queue triggers in AWA queue

Hi Community,

 

Need help in configuring Queue triggers for AWA queue. I have created a queue trigger record for a queue and trigger  type as Max wait time and want to switch to a virtual agent topic if max wait time is reached but currently it is not switching to VA topic though it has reached max wait time.
