Need help on adding other table fields on catalog task variable editor

Hi,

 

I am working on a integration, once the integrations receives a request it creates a Service Request. I have an Assignment rule which checks the employment type received from the integration and based on the employment type i add entitlments.

 

For example:

Employment type is Full Time, Entitlments should be ABC, DEF, GHI

 

Employment type is Contractor, Entitlments should be ABC, XYZ

 

Now once the Service request is submitted i wanted to query the Employment type and display the entitlements on the Catalog task.

 

Can anyone please let me konw how to do this

@Inder2 Please provide screenshot of your assignment rule. is that RITM will have more that one catalog tasks ? is that entitlement field present on catalog task table ?
