Need help on SOAP outbound integration with an organization

Hi All,

We have a requirement to change the endpoint URL on our existing SOAP outbound integration with organization X as X will decommission the current instance. This is a custom solution for outbound SOAP integration with X configured on our customer instance. It was working fine during UAT...but suddenly no outbound messages are being sent from our ServiceNow subprod instance to their subprod instance.

To clarify, when we raise an incident on our end with the required assignment group , it should trigger the integration

on their end and create an incident. But suddenly, it's no longer happening.

I tested whether there's any authentication error but found that the test was successful. I even checked the ECC queue and found that most outbound transactions were processed.

The issue here is that another team had implemented that integration a long time back.....and they're no longer in this project. Also, it's very poorly documented and configured. However, next week, this integration needs to go live with the new endpoint URL. For that, this issue needs to be fixed in UAT first as we spent more than a month in UAT....but never found this issue.

Can someone please therefore help me out here ? Has anyone faced this issue ? Please note that we have not touched the existing logic which worked so far.

Hi @Raj Rudra Chat1,

How do you triggering the integration? Did you check whether the API call is triggering when incident is assigned to assignment group and the response.
