Need to add decoration / icon on list view of record

Hi team,

So my requirement is when ever a record is updated 

lets take incident record is updated or any additional commands or work notes are updated i want to show a message symbol on the list view of the record.

like the image i have shown.

for workspace list you need to configure UX highlighted values for particular column

see lot of OOTB available for INC Priority field
