Need to Create a new Field in Instance of Simple List same as Secondary field.

Hi All,

 

Need a below format


Display Field: Incident Number
Secondary field: assignment_group
Third Field: Short description

Need to add Third Field in the Highlighted area. Could anyone please suggest on this?

Create a variable for String type and add in item and also map that variable to field in table.
