Need to give delete access to ITIL users when the state of custom table is closed not needed

Hi All,

Need your help, actually I have a custom table which has the state "closed not needed", actually the end users asking that when the state having "closed not needed", they wanna delete those records from that table. Is there any way to achieve this, please help me on this.

Hi @Aditya253 ,

Please double check your requirement since its a delete access before implemeting.

when you say end users do they have ITIL role? if so,

you can create a delete operation ACL (you can refer the existing delete ACL on this table) with ITIL role and add a condition state is ""closed not needed" as below.
