Hi Community
I have created a report now I need to schedule a report with every 5 mins and send it to the mail id only if any incident is created
How can we achieve this

You will create a burden on system. Report every 5 mins in not a good approach.

Hi @AndersBGS
Report is about the p1 and p2 incidents created at the non business hours....so user needs the report to get generated every 10 mins when there is any records present ( if there is no record present filter by report then need not to send the report) omit check box enabled for this but how we can able to generate the report every 10 mins

Hi @suuriyas ,
Why not have a dashboard with a report and an auto-refresh instead? Or a notification trigger based on priority? If you do this, then there will potentially not be a 10 mins delay, but instead an instance notification.
