Hi Community
I have created a report now I need to schedule a report with every 5 mins and send it to the mail id only if any incident is created
How can we achieve this

Hi @AndersBGS
When P1 or P2 incident is created in non business hours then the report needs to be send to the team...user needs a report whenever a p1 or P2 incident created in non business hours then report needs to be send to the service desk team and they will inform the technical persons so user needs to run this report for every 10 mins
