Need to stop the notifications in the Agent workspace

Hello All

 

We are getting notifications in the AgentWorkspace, whenever the Incidnet state got changed.

We need to stop that.

 

I have gone through the Provider > Notification and found this notification, https://**.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_notification.do?sys_id=a780abb7db270010975954e4dc961962

 

But after deactivating this notifications also, we are getting the notifications.

Hi @DNC ,

 

Identify the notification which being triggered with subject line, there might be a chance that you have not deactivated the correct one.

I have checked with the Incident number and also with the subject,

When Searching with the number, I can see other notifications related to Incident, but not what I am looking in the Agent Workspace.

When I search with Subject, it is showing no records to display founds.
