Need to stop the notifications in the Agent workspace

Hello All
We are getting notifications in the AgentWorkspace, whenever the Incidnet state got changed.
We need to stop that.
I have gone through the Provider > Notification and found this notification, https://**.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_notification.do?sys_id=a780abb7db270010975954e4dc961962
But after deactivating this notifications also, we are getting the notifications.
Share me your thoughts on this.

As per screenshot this notification active, so it will trigger the email. You need to make it in-active.

I have inactivated and checked too, still notifications are triggering.
