Need widget to cancel the RITM or REQ

I am using employee center and in ESC when any one submit request and then after they do not have action widget/option to cancel the request if they change mind to cancel their request,

 

Can any one provide action widget of cancel the RITM or request

 

As we have INC section so user is able to resolve and close their INC but they can not perform any action with request,

 

Please suggest solution or share action widget if anyone have

Hi @Gillerla Rajesh 

 

OOTB it is not available. Actually it is process level change , once a request submitted then task group / approver can reject the same but if you want to build, it will customization, you can take base from Inc and do it.
