New getting triggered automatically after is given

Hello friends,

I am stuck across one issue.

1. I have created a on a table. When the record is inserted the triggered and a is created.

2. There is an approval configured for. Anyone from this group can give.

3. Required flow is that : No other configured in between.

4. But after the is given, it is creating one more for another group "Product manager".  (This is no-where configured in the.)

I am not able to understand the reason.

Please suggest.

Check is any OOTB workflow is there , like SN provide few OOTB workflow on Request .
