Not able to add closed and canceled incidents to problem record

As an admin user I am able to add incident to problem record but when i am impersonating with other users they are unable to add closed and canceled incidents to problem record

Hi @Bhavani1995
Did you check the ACL implementation for non-admin users? I think it’s expected behavior that they can’t close or cancel Incidents. To allow this, you’ll need to modify the Business Rules or ACLs accordingly.

Any specific use case to add closed or canceled incidents with Problem. As it is not expected or normal behavior.
